Requirements
RedactManager works on all major operating systems and most modern browsers. Please note the below requirements and instructions for usage, account setup, and login.
To log in to RedactManager, you need:
An internet-enabled computer with a current browser
A user account for RedactManager
Your username and password
The RedactManager URL you got from your admin.
Contact your administrator if you have any questions about your login.
RedactManager supports most modern browsers, especially:
Chrome
Edge
Safari
Make sure you are using the latest version of the respective browser.
To get started with RedactManager, you must first activate your user account. RedactManager offers the following account activation scenarios:
Starting point: You receive an e-mail with the following subject: "Update Your Account".
Please IGNORE it. Setting a password is not required in the case of SSO.
Open RedactManager in your browser.
Possible result 1: You are redirected to Microsoft Azure.

If you are redirected to Microsoft Azure, authenticate with your company account.
If the RedactManager login page is displayed, please click AzureAD to authenticate with your company account.
You are redirected to a page that says "Account already exists".
Click Add to existing account.

After 1 or 2 minutes, you receive an e-mail with the following subject: "Link AzureAD".
You have 5 minutes to click on the included confirmation link.
(If the link has expired, please repeat the above steps. Please check the spam folder, if you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox.)
Your account has been activated, and you can start working with RedactManager.
Open your browser.
Enter the RedactManager URL to open the login page.
Enter your username or e-mail and your password.
Click Sign In.

You forgot your password and cannot find a "Forgot password" link on the login page? Please ask the Admin to reset your password if that is the case.
If your Admin has reset your password, you will be required to change it the next time you sign in.
After logging in, you are in the RedactManager user interface.
