License Information
The License Information section contains information about your RedactManager version as well as licensing and usage details.
How to get there:
User Menu > Settings > License Information
What will you find there?
If your license is data capacity-based, the license information tab shows you the licensed analysis and retention capacity volume, the analyzed data volume per month, and the cumulative data volume.
The license information tab also contains the retention capacity details of all active and archived documents, the documents in the trash, and the used total retention capacity.

If your license is page-based, the license information tab shows you the total number of licensed pages, the number of analyzed pages, and the number of pages processed by OCR.
The usage details give you an overview of the total number of pages analyzed and processed, the number of pages per month, and the cumulative pages since the beginning of the current licensing period.

Use the drop-down in the licensing details to display the usage data of former licensing periods.

If you have reached your license limit, you can increase it. Use the Email Report button to do so.
Send license request
Your default email program will open a new email to our Licensing Department.
