Dossier permissions
How to get there:
User menu > Settings > Dossier Permissions
In this section, you can define who can see and access the dossiers.
View Dossier: User groups with this permission can see the dossiers in the dossier list.
Access Dossier: User groups with this permission can open dossiers and the contained documents.
Click a user group toggle (Approver, Reviewer, All Other Users) to enable or disable a permission. It is not possible to disable the Dossier Owner's permissions since Owners are the only role who can edit the dossier properties and manage dossiers.
If permission has been granted, the toggle switch is highlighted in red.
