RedactManager Documentation

• Click on the link to set the password for your RedactManager account.

  You can now access your account and start working with RedactManager.

1. Please IGNORE it. Setting a password is not required in case of SSO.

2. Open RedactManager in your browser.

   Possible result 1: You are redirected to Microsoft Azure.

3. In case you are redirected to Microsoft Azure, authenticate with your company account.

   In case the RedactManager login page is displayed, please click on AzureAD to authenticate with your company account.

   You are redirected to a page that says "Account already exists".

4. Click on Add to existing account.

   After 1 or 2 minutes, you receive an e-mail with the following subject: "Link AzureAD".

5. You have 5 minutes to click on the included confirmation link.

   (If the link has expired, please repeat the above steps. If you cannot find the e-mail in your inbox, please check the spam folder.)

   Your account has been activated and you can start working with RedactManager.

Starting point: You are redirected to a page that says you have logged in successfully but have no role assigned yet.

• Please ask your RedactManager Admin to assign the respective role(s) to you.

  The Admin sees the automatically created user in the User Management section and can assign the respective role(s). Once this has been done, you can start working with RedactManager.
