Dossier features
The dossier features allow you to manage your dossier. You can find them in the top right corner of the dossier (both list and workflow view)

Edit the dossier properties.
The "Edit dossier" dialog opens and allows you to configure the dossier properties, download package, members, and dossier attributes.
You may have read-only permission for some tabs depending on your role and permissions.

Generate the download package for the entire dossier. You need the dossier owner or the approver permission; the button will otherwise be disabled.
Clicking Download 
displays the "Download options" dialog that allows you to select the report version(s) to be downloaded.

Click Download once you have made your selection. You will find the generated package under My downloads in your user menu and can download it from there.

If you download an unapproved document while a reanalysis is in progress, your download package may correspond to an older editing state. If you download an unapproved document, the prefix "UNAPPROVED" will be added to the file name in the download package. It is not possible to download the Redacted PDF version of unapproved files.
Hidden text (that is invisible to human readers but can be detected and read by software and machines) is automatically removed during the download. For example, the OCR output of scanned documents is stored as hidden text. Admins can enable the „Keep hidden text in redacted documents“ option to keep hidden text. That ensures the text of the final redacted version of the OCRed documents is still markable and searchable but might have implications on data protection.

The CSV status report provides an overview of the dossier documents and their processing status.
The report is downloaded directly to your local system.
Upload documents into your dossier.
After clicking Upload document 
, you can select the files that you want to upload from the file dialog, or simply drag and drop them into the document list (list or workflow view).
Good to know:
Import of redactions: You can also upload files created with RedactManager that already contain redactions. When you upload a preview document from a former download package, the contained redactions will be labeled as Imported redactions in the editor.
Once you have started the upload, an upload tray appears in the bottom right corner (in minimized view). You can expand it by clicking Arrow 
to monitor the progress of the upload and cancel individual uploads if necessary. The tray will show a warning message in case your upload fails.
Good to know:
RedactManager automatically removes digital signatures, JavaScript code, and PDF OpenActions from documents on upload to avoid errors in RedactManager and the final file.
It is not possible to upload ZIP files with symlinks. The file upload fails and the upload tray shows a warning message.

Files are uploaded by size—starting with the smallest file.
You can filter processed and processing files by clicking on the progress bar of the respective category in the dashboard.
You can start editing the first document while the remaining documents are still being uploaded.

to stop the upload.
Good to know
The upload will be canceled if you close the browser tab or reload the page during an upload.
If you re-upload a file that has already been uploaded, you will be asked whether you want to overwrite and start over, keep manual changes or keep the existing file.

Good to know:
If you want to upload an updated version of a document, we recommend simply dragging and dropping the new version into the dossier and selecting the appropriate option from the dialog.
If you move a document to the trash and try to upload a document with the same name, the document will automatically be restored from the trash instead of uploading the new version. You must delete the document from the trash to avoid this.
Close the dossier.
You return to the dossier template with the dossier list.
