Filters and bulk selection in the editor
Filters allow for efficient navigation in the editor's workload and narrow the number of displayed annotations while bulk selection lets you edit multiple annotations at once.
By filtering the annotations, you can quickly find all recommendations, all annotations with comments or unseen changes that have been created during a reanalysis ("annotations on unseen pages"), for example.
Click Filter.

Filters in the workload
A drop-down menu shows the available filters:
Redaction (+ different subtypes)
Recommendations (+ different subtypes)
Hints (incl. images and other subtypes)
Skipped (+ different subtypes)
Only annotations with comments
Only annotations with manual changes
Only annotations on unseen pages
Only pages without annotations
When one or more filters are selected, the page list on the left of the workload shows only the pages that match the corresponding filter(s).
You can bulk select several annotations to edit them simultaneously. Click Select in the workload to enable bulk selection.

"Select" button for bulk selection in the workload
Next, select multiple workload entries. You can also bulk-select annotations across several pages.
The actions that can be performed simultaneously for all selected annotations are displayed in the red menu bar above the annotation list.

Bulk selection in the workload
To bulk-select annotations in the text, keep Ctrl pressed while selecting or drawing a rectangle that includes the annotations you want to select. Next, choose from the available actions displayed in the red menu bar in the workload.
